Custom Report - Including records if conditions are met

I’m on the free 30-day trial.
I click on “New Report” on the Reports tab…the screen pauses and the “R!” icon at the top of the screen blinks, then it all returns to normal.

I’m trying to generate a custom report which will include only records meeting several conditions (Not Blank, Not Empty, etc.)

Am I missing something obvious?

Hi,

Would you please click “Need Help” at upper right corner in your database, and select “Support Ticket”, fill up the form and click button “Grant Access to Ragic support” below to submit the ticket so that we can access to your database and look into it for you?
