I think it is worth a post just to say congratulations to the developers for this new feature. I think it is a huge step beyond.

Personally I don’t like it and I turned it off. If the user does not fill in all the required fields, the record will not save, and the user may not realize that. If the user is forced to manually save the record, Ragic will show any empty, required fields with red backgrounds and prompt the user to fill them in. This is a much better workflow in my opinion.
