I have a database entry with a saved comment. I select “Attach File”, select a PDF from the menu, select “Open”, but the file never seems to attach to the record.

Do you mean attach the file in the comment?
If that’s the case, after selecting the file, please click on “Comment” to upload the file to Ragic.
